DXTS202402010CJFRTEMP为学术交流而开放:哈佛大学开放获取模式及启示Open Access for Scholarly Communication:Implication from Harvard University Open Access Paradigm林如诗叶杭庆韩子静Lin Rushi;Ye Hangqing;Han Zijing;浙江大学图书馆高校作为学术研究的重要阵地,近年来在学术成果开放获取方面展开了诸多实践探索。哈佛大学是学术研究全球领先的高等学府,在推进本校开放获取上有着丰富的经验,已形成一定的国际影响力。文章通过半结构式访谈、文献与网络调研方法,总结哈佛大学开放获取发展的基本状况与工作机制,认为我国高校可以在顶层设计、基础设施、教育引导等方面借鉴其有益经验。同时,我国高校图书馆要从容应对开放获取的各类方案,注重人员接续与团队建设,以掌握学术开放交流的主导权,推进本机构学术成果的开放共享。Universities, known as important hubs for academic achievements, have carried out many practical explorations on Open Access in recent years. Harvard University, a global leader in high-quality academic achievements, has had fruitful experiences in promoting Open Access, which has formed a certain international influence. Through semi-structured interviews, literature and network research methods, the article summarizes Harvard University’s experience in the development of Open Access in terms of history, system construction, mechanism operation, and multiple guarantees. The article argues that Chinese universities could learn from its experience in terms of top-level design, infrastructure, education, and guidance, meanwhile be prepared to deal with various methods and paths of Open Access.
